How do I check the status of an order?

Simply click ‘ORDERS’ from ‘MY ACCOUNT’ to view your most recent orders. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Simply click the provided link to find the location of your order. If you require further assistance, please do hesitate to contact us! –


What forms of payment does accept?

We accept payment with Visa, Mastercard & American Express or a PayPal account. All credit cards used for payment must have a valid billing address.


Why am I required to register before making a purchase?

Registering is quick and easy! We require only a password in addition to the email that you provide and having an account lets you keep track of your orders and stores your loyalty points!


How can I trust buying on

We know that safety and trust are really important to you and being frequent online shoppers ourselves, we take it seriously. When you hire an item on, we accept your payment through either a secure PayPal or Stripe gateway portal that keeps your personal information private.

Before booking, how do I check an item’s availability?

To ensure efficiency, our system remains updated at all times. When an item is selected, availability will be displayed. Please keep in mind that items are kept in customer carts for up to 15mins. If an item appears to not be available, be sure to check back to see if it has become available or feel free to contact us via email to confirm availability.


What is the maximum duration of hire?

There is no maximum. You can add as many consecutive weeks as you like to your shopping cart. Monthly hire discounts are listed on every product page.


When and how will I be charged?

Before shipping, the full amount of the rental will be charged in total.



How long before an item gets delivered?

All items will be sent using Australia Post Express Post next business day delivery system*. If your delivery address is outside the next business day delivery serviced areas, the item will be posted in enough time to ensure arrival before anticipated date of requirement.


Where do you deliver to and how are items delivered?

Our team deliver Australia-wide! We currently service all Australian states and territories. Items are delivered using Australia Post Express Post service, wrapped in exclusive Sydney Handbag Hire packaging.


What are delivery days?

Delivery days are typically Thursday and Friday. Alternative days can be arranged upon direct contact with us via email.



How do I return my item?

All items will come with a prepaid satchel, ready to be returned once you are done rocking them. Included in our parcel, this satchel will be all set to neatly place the item in, seal securely and post back via your local post office before 4.30pm on your rental due date. You MUST ensure you obtain a receipt as proof of return postage.

What are the delivery and return charges?

We charge one flat shipping rate of $19.95 per order. This includes express postage to and from your delivery address Australia wide.
